Tammy Haney

As the Director of Finance, I oversee a broad range of critical functions that extend well beyond traditional accounting and reporting. My responsibilities include leading strategic financial planning —such as budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation—while managing financial risks through strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments. A key part of my role is ensuring the Firm’s financial stability by optimizing cash flow management. I also collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiencies, spearhead technology implementations in financial systems, and leverage data analytics to support more informed decision-making. In addition, I oversee financial reporting and ensure that our financial strategies are closely aligned with the Firm’s business objectives and corporate social responsibility goals.
