With over 35 years of experience since joining Rea in 1987, Lisa has dedicated her entire career to the firm. A graduate of the University of Akron with a BS in Accounting, she is an active member of the AICPA, Ohio Society of CPAs, and serves on the Tuscarawas County YMCA Board of Directors. Based in New Philadelphia, Lisa enjoys spending weekends with family and attending Ohio State football games. Notably, she has twins who followed her path into accounting.

What is your favorite line from the Rea Way and why?

My favorite line is "Respect your clients, your colleagues and yourself". A respectful attitude should be standard in the workplace. We all have the right to feel valued regardless of what others feel or think. No two people think or act alike. Respect creates a positive environment and when working together goals can be accomplished.
