Andrew is a Principal at Rea with over a decade of experience serving manufacturing, distribution, construction, and real estate clients. A licensed CPA and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Andrew specializes in strategic tax planning, cost optimization, and operational consulting. Based in Millersburg, he combines his public accounting expertise with industry knowledge to deliver proactive solutions that extend beyond traditional CPA services. Andrew serves on the Mt. Eaton Medical Group board and is active in professional organizations. A graduate of multiple leadership programs, including BDO’s Emerging Leader program, he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron.
