Marc serves as Chief People Officer at Rea, bringing 15 years of human resources expertise to the role. A SHRM-SCP certified professional, Marc specializes in strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. He holds an MBA and BA in Organizational Management from Malone University, where he later served as an adjunct instructor. He completed executive education at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School. Based in Wooster, Marc champions a people-first perspective of HR while enjoying local coffee shops, cycling through Amish Country, and diving into good books during his downtime.
