Tory serves as Chief Growth Officer at Rea, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience to the firm. Since joining Rea in 2026, he has focused on bringing people, strategy and execution together to drive meaningful growth for the firm. A self-described builder at heart, Tory applies his background in growth and go-to-market strategy, leadership development and business transformation. A graduate of Clarion University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, he works from the Mentor office and was drawn to Rea by its people and culture. Outside the office, Tory and his wife spend most weekends cheering on their two kids at sporting events or spending family time outdoors.
