AJ is a Principal at Rea with expertise in assurance services, specializing in not-for-profit organizations, Ohio Medicaid School Programs, peer reviews, and rural utility companies. Since joining Rea in 2010, AJ has earned his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and graduated from both Rea NextGen and Leadership Holmes County programs. Based in Millersburg, he holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Mount Union and an MBA from Ashland University. Clients value AJ’s technical expertise, accessibility, and ability to build trusted relationships. When not serving clients, AJ enjoys family time and Ohio State football.

What do clients enjoy about working with you?

I provide strong technical knowledge and am dependable and available anytime to meet and answer client questions. I also spend time with my clients to get to know them on a more personal level which helps them rely on me as a trusted advisor.

What is your favorite line from the Rea Way and why?

Invest in your family, your community and your future. My wife and 3 girls are the most important thing in my life and I appreciate that the Rea Way includes this and indicates family first. Growing up and living in a small community it is important to me that we as a firm give back to the communities we are in.
