A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Manufacturing Professional, Dustin specializes in costing analysis, financial reporting, and succession planning, with particular expertise serving Plain and Amish communities. Since joining Rea in 2008, he has distinguished himself as a 2016 NextGen Leadership Program Graduate and active Wooster Rotarian. Known for his collaborative approach, Dustin leverages Rea’s diverse team to deliver comprehensive solutions. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kylee and four daughters, often grilling for his family or enjoying outdoor activities.

What do clients enjoy about working with you?

My clients enjoy how closely I work with them to understand their questions and come up with a plan that delivers solutions by utilizing our strong team at Rea. Our Rea team has a diverse background, and I would put them up against any other large accounting firm.

What is your favorite line from the Rea Way and why?

"Show others that you care and work together." To me this is what life is about! Both personally and professionally. Our founder Richard Rea embodied this, and Rea continues this legacy by making our number one cornerstone in our strategic plan about our people. Without great people nothing else exists at Rea!

Weekend Hobby: Spending time with my wife and four daughters (Typically, at sporting events), spending time in the outdoors, and just hanging out at home.
Interesting Fact: I love to grill and cook and spend most vacations and downtime doing so to give my wife, Kylee, a break.

I am someone who loves to laugh and enjoy life! Life is too short not to enjoy the time you have on earth. At the same time I am very dedicated and hardworking and make sure my responsibilities are completed by the required due date.
