Jeff serves as Principal and Director of Rea Information Services, bringing over three decades of IT and cybersecurity expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. As founder of ARCIS Technology Group, Inc., Jeff built a nationwide managed IT services company before merging with Rea in 2022. A self-educated entrepreneur and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), he specializes in helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their business objectives. Based in Massillon, Jeff balances his professional life with outdoor activities and cherishes time spent with his family, including his nine grandchildren. His hands-on experience in business ownership and technology leadership makes him a valuable advisor to clients across manufacturing and non-profit sectors.

My knowledge in technology, business ownership/management, and cyber security, and my ability to help them understand how technology can help them reach their business goals.

What is your favorite line from the Rea Way and why?

Maintain integrity in all you do. Dealing with team members, clients, and partners with integrity is one of the primary reasons I started my company 20 years ago. Finding an organization that put the same priority on integrity to partner with was imperative as I evaluated who I would merge my company in with.
