What do clients enjoy about working with you?

I focus on providing honest, direct answers to clients’ problems without sugar-coating things. It’s a powerful approach because people appreciate when they get the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable. It shows respect for their time and intelligence, and helps them take real steps toward their goals.

What is your favorite line from the Rea Way and why?

Fail Forward is the idea that failures aren't just setbacks but stepping stones to growth. It's easy to get discouraged when a mistake is made, but those experiences often stick with us longer than successes. There's something about facing a challenge, learning from it, and growing stronger that makes those moments more valuable in the long run. In fact, many people find that their biggest breakthroughs come from situations where they struggled or failed first. It’s how we adapt and figure out what does work that often leads to success later on. The key is to be patient with yourself and embrace the learning process, knowing that every mistake brings you one step closer to getting it right.

Personal Insights

Weekend Hobby: Golf or long-range shooting, depending on the mood. I'm better at shooting than I am at golfing.
Interesting Fact: Due to my upbringing and life experiences, I am likely more mechanically inclined than most CPAs. I enjoy fixing/working on things when time permits.
