Melissa Orenich, CPA, MT, serves as Principal in Rea’s Cleveland office, specializing in tax services for manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. With over 16 years of experience, she brings expertise in C Corporation taxation, ASC 740 deferred tax accounting, and S Corporation special tax issues. A graduate of the University of Akron (MT) and Baldwin-Wallace College, Melissa has successfully represented clients before the IRS and state jurisdictions while contributing to process improvements and staff development. When not serving on non-profit boards or helping clients achieve their goals, she enjoys antiquing for her historic Victorian home and watercolor painting.
