Peggy serves as Principal at Rea, specializing in tax and consulting services for manufacturing and medical industries. With over 25 years of experience since 1998, she made history as Rea’s first female Board Member in 2022. A Bluffton University graduate with a BA in Business Administration and Accounting, Peggy joined Rea in 2014. Based in Lima, she’s known for proactive planning and straightforward client communication. She’s an AICPA and OSCPA member, Allen Lima Leadership graduate (2015), and enjoys traveling with family when not advising clients.
