Steve brings over two decades of technology expertise, including owning a software development company that built applications across diverse industries. Notably, he developed the first direct-to-consumer portal for The Cheesecake Factory. Previously, Steve led a 60-person IT team as CIO of NOMS Healthcare, where he doubled the company’s size within four years through strategic IT advancements. He holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and is a Certified Epic ODBA. Based in Avon, Steve enjoys Cleveland sports and family time. He was inducted into the BGSU Rugby Hall of Fame in 2020.

I've always put a lot of stock in taking your work personally. Having personal pride in doing any given task to the best of your abilities will always yield the most positive results

Weekend Hobby: Watching Cleveland sports and spending family time with my wife and 4 daughters
Interesting Fact: played rugby in college and our team was ranked in the top 10 out of over 400 teams every year I played. I was inducted into the BGSU Rugby Hall of Fame in 2020.

As a leader, I put a lot of focus on communication, accountability, and trust with my team. I pride myself in being a great example of those traits, as well.
