Marc’s extensive background in human resources, leadership development, and learning and development, with nearly 15 years of experience in various industry sectors, positions him as a valuable asset to Rea. He has also served as an adjunct instructor at Malone University, further highlighting his dedication to education and professional development.
With a background that includes roles at HBK CPAs and Consultants and as a senior tax manager at a regional firm out West, Kaitlyn is well-prepared to lead Rea’s tax team. Her extensive experience running a significant book of business, managing multiple offices, and teaching undergraduate accounting courses demonstrates her commitment to education, training, and developing accounting professionals.
Kaitlyn’s areas of specialty include Tax Compliance, Partnership Tax, S-Corporation Tax, Individual Tax, and Gift and Estate Tax. She holds professional certifications as a CPA and CFE.
