Rea Business Advisors Welcomes Two Leaders to Support Firm’s Continued Growth

by | Sep 3, 2026

Rea, one of Ohio’s largest independent business advisory and accounting firms, is strengthening its leadership team with the addition of Tory Spadafora as Chief Growth Officer and Jennifer Stern, DDS as Dental Industry Leader.

Spadafora joined Rea in August and is the firm’s first-ever Chief Growth Officer. In this newly created role, he will help advance Rea’s growth strategy and identify new opportunities to create value for clients and the firm.

“We’re excited to welcome Tory to Rea at an important time in our firm’s growth,” said Mark McKinley, CPA, CEO of Rea. “Creating the Chief Growth Officer role reflects our commitment to being intentional about how we grow and how we serve our clients. Tory brings a strong growth mindset and a wealth of experience building relationships, and we’re looking forward to the perspective and energy he will bring to our team.”

Stern joined Rea in June and serves as the firm’s Dental Industry Leader, bringing specialized expertise to Rea’s growing dental services. In her role, Stern works alongside dental professionals to help them navigate the financial and business decisions that come with building and growing a successful practice.

“Jennifer’s addition strengthens our ability to serve dental professionals with the specialized insight they need to make confident business decisions,” said McKinley. “Her expertise and deep understanding of the dental industry will be a tremendous asset to our clients and the team.”

Together, these additions reflect Rea’s continued investment in specialized industry expertise and strategic growth as the firm expands its ability to help businesses and their owners navigate complex challenges and build stronger futures.
